The invite you received is only good for 24 hours.  If you didn't receive an invite or if your invite expired, you will have to request a reset by reaching out to suredeposit@assurant.com.  Please include Darlene Rodriguez Fernandez, she is our account manager with Assurant and will make sure the issues are addressed.  Her email address is:  darlene.fernandez@assurant.com. 

Once you receive the email, you'll need to follow the directions.
