If there are duplicate charges when you are attempting to type a renewal it may be because you have adjusted the lease charges before preparing the lease agreement. If that is the case, go in and adjust them back so that the new rent shows beginning as of the first day of the renewal. Once you generate the renewal, you can re-adjust the lease charges.
