The "Sign" button shows in the portal but doesn't work

Did you mark the document complete?

Check here:     Yardi Voyager resident profile > Data > Resident History

It would look like this:


If so, you will need to:

1. cancel it from the "Scheduled" queue 

2. delete any approved lease proposals

3. regenerate and approve lease proposals

4. select the proposal the resident wanted

5. generate the lease
