There are no fees or charges when a resident uses their bank account either for one-time or recurring payments. There are charges associated with debit and credit card payments.
Prior to making a payment, residents are provided with the details about the fees associated with credit or debit card payments.
Payment FAQs
Under the resident’s balance, it says “Have questions?”.
They can click on any of the forms of payment and they will find out about the fees.
