If the website is down, you need to report that to the IT Helpdesk, helpdesk@equuspartners.com.
You can direct anyone who wishes to apply and any resident who needs access to the resident portal, to go to the property listing on the www.madisonapartmentgroup.com website and they will be able to apply or access the portal from there. It's a workaround while waiting for IT to address the issue.
There is no need to submit a support ticket with the Madison Support Desk for this issue.
