This can happen if the signature workflow is initiated by someone other than the Property Manager or Broker, including looking at the lease after the resident signed it and before countersignature is complete,   


In this situation, you would have to mark the lease as complete, print it, and have it signed manually by the PM or Broker.  Then scan it and upload it to the attachments.  Once uploaded, delete the copy that is not countersigned.


One other option would be to cancel the lease and start over; this is a less appealing option.
