The year of the vehicle is a required field on the application but if you have updated the vehicle information and did not include the year, the vehicle information will not pull over.
Blue Moon requires the vehicle year to be entered so the vehicle information can automatically pull into the lease. This is because some states require it, so they built it into their logic.
Make sure the year is entered and then regenerate the lease. If the year is entered and it is not pulling into the lease, submit a ticket with the following information:
1. Whether the vehicle was entered on the application or updated in the office
2. If updated in the office, the date it was updated.
