The generated lease is not showing in the portal

It could be that the lease start date has passed.  Once a lease start date has passed, the lease document will not show as ready to sign in the resident portal, and this is by design.  Since this is by design there is no way to push the lease document into the portal for signature.


The workaround would be to print the lease and have it signed manually, then scan and upload it as an attachment with the category "Bluemoon Lease Document".
