You can remove the additional applicants from the Leasing Dashboard in Site Manager, see screenshot below.
Go into Rent Cafe Site Manager and search for the primary applicant in the Leasing Tab.
Click on the "View" icon to the right.
The list of occupants will show and you just click the trash can to delete the occupant.
Once that is done you can generate a lease without the occupant being included.
