When an amenity reservation is in the "Pending Agreement" section on the dashboard, it means the resident needs to sign the agreement.  If the resident has signed the agreement in the office manually, you would follow the steps below to mark the agreement complete:


  1. From the Pending Agreement widget, click into the Reservation Number. (Note: this does not have to be done directly from the Pending Agreement widget, it can be from anywhere that you can click into the Reservation Number)

 

  1. From the Reservation workflow, toggle Agree to Rules and Agreement and click Continue to Next Step.

 

  1. A pop-up will appear giving you a warning, click Mark Complete.
